All Craft is a family business, founded by Bob Farrell, a Cincinnati native who started the business in his garage using more than 22 years experience in metalworking. Since 2014, All Craft has grown through his children, Rebecca Whitefoot and Tom Farrell who both "grew up" in the business and have seen every facet of the business from an early age.
Today, All Craft is woman-owned and managed by Rebecca Whitefoot.
Before joining the family business and taking the helm, Rebecca earned a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and worked in management consulting for a global consulting firm specializing in employee utilization and performance optimization strategies for Fortune 500s. In 2004, she decided to enter the family business to apply the experience gained in Fortune 500 environments to bring fresh perspectives on efficiency, team performance and operational optimization to the family business.
In true family form, Tom Farrell also serves on the Advisory Board for All Craft.
After completing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Tom established himself first at Mazak. His experience with the company spanned manufacturing, automation, and programming – skill sets that have proved invaluable to All Craft. After working in the family business for 20 years, Tom is now working to push the boundaries of his machining expertise, driving cutting-edge techniques and equipment.
