All Craft Manufacturing was established in Cincinnati in 1987. Its goal: to become the leading high quality CNC manufacturing resource for manufacturers throughout Cincinnati and the tri-state area.

CNC Manufacturing is All Crafts’ only specialty. More specifically, we provide expert CNC machining in mid-volume lot sizes: primarily 2000 to 20,000 pieces. We work with conventional materials – steel, stainless steel and aluminum; we also have experience with the “exotics”: Inconel, Hastelloy, titanium and other materials that are challenging to machine.

All Craft is a family business, founded by Bob Farrell, a Cincinnati native who brought to the business more than 22 years’ experience in metalworking and metal processing.

Today, All Craft is owned and managed by Co-Presidents Rebecca Whitefoot and Tom Farrell. Both “grew up” in the business, becoming intimately engaged with every facet of the business from an early age.

Before taking the helm, Becky earned a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and worked in management consulting for a global consulting firm specializing in employee utilization strategies.

After completing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Tom established himself first at Mazak, a world leader in advanced technology metalworking solutions, including Multi-Tasking, 5-axis, milling, turning, and CNC controls. His experience with the company spanned manufacturing, automation, and programming – skill sets that have proved invaluable in evolving All Craft into a true 21st century CNC manufacturing powerhouse.
